Mini Stocking, Mitten, Bell, and Santa Boot.

Make in DK or worsted weight wool.

Sizes: Finished size is determined by yarn choice and the amount of felting.

In light worsted weight yarn as shown, boot, mitten and bell measure from 3" to 3½" (7 - 9 cm) and stocking from 4" to 4½" (10 - 12 cm) tall.

Yarn Requirements: Use a single strand of worsted weight wool or choose a DK or sport weight for smaller ornaments. Heavy worsted will make slightly larger ornaments.
Yardage: Each ornament can be made with 35 yds (32m) or less.

Novelty trim requires 3 yds (2.75m) for mitten or stocking, 6 yds (5m) for bell.

Needles: Stocking and mitten require double pointed needles, boot and bell straight needles.

US size 10 (6mm) for light worsted weight yarn,10.5 (6.5mm) for heavy worsted or size 7 (4.5mm) for a sport weight yarn.

For novelty yarn trim: Size 5 (3.75mm) double pointed needles.
