Children's Boot Slippers knit with double yarn. Designed to be felted to a very thick, firm fabric, these boot slippers will keep feet warm and cozy. They feature double soles for extra comfort and longer wear.

Design by Bev Galeskas

Sizes: Children's x-small, small, medium, large and x-large.

To fit foot length of approximately 5" (6", 7", 8", 9") (13 (15, 18, 20, 23) cm). Actual size is achieved during felting so you can customize the fit for sizes between these lengths.

For larger sizes see pattern AC81.

Yarn Requirements: (Note: These amounts allow for yarn to be held double throughout.)

High top boot slipper:
Main yarn: 300 (320, 410, 470, 550) yards.
Synthetic for cuff and trim: 55 (60, 65, 75, 85)yards

Low top boot slipper:
Main yarn: 290 (300, 380, 450, 500) yards.
Synthetic for cuff and trim: 50 (55, 60, 70, 80) yards.

Needles: US size 13 (9mm) 16" (40cm) circular. You will also need a spare circular needle in a smaller size.
